Greentree Manor, a 90-bed skilled nursing facility in Waterford, CT, is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join the Ryders Health Management family. You will help prepare and serve meals, maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and create a respectful dining atmosphere for residents.

• High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent).
• Experience in food service or healthcare dietary settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand meal orders, dietary instructions, and follow recipes or menus carefully.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages according to menu plans, dietary orders, and facility protocols.
• Serve meals to residents and deliver trays as scheduled, ensuring diets and special dietary needs are followed correctly.
• Assist with set-up and clean-up of dining areas and kitchen: washing dishes, sanitizing kitchenware, cleaning surfaces, floors, and dining rooms.
