Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals per dietary requirements.
• Assist setup and cleanup of dining areas.
• Monitor changes in dietary needs and report to supervisor.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and healthcare providers to ensure quality.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Provide nutritional information to patients and families when needed.
• Assist in training new Dietary Aides or kitchen staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or CEO.
