Qualifications

• Must be able to work beyond normal hours, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Comply with facility policies and safety procedures.
• Report incidents or hazards to supervisor.
• Prepare meals per planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment.
• Assist in inventory and stocking of food supplies.
• Follow portion control and standardized recipes.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and universal precautions.
