Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review planned menus to determine types and quantities of foods.
• Prepare, season and cook meals for patients, staff and visitors.
• Ensure meals are ready at specified times.
• Consult with the Registered Dietitian on modified diets as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and observe safety practices.
