Live Well Healthcare Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking a skilled Dietary Cook for a Nursing Facility. You will prepare and cook nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following standardized recipes and ensuring high culinary standards.

You will plate and garnish dishes, support the Dietary Manager during their absence, maintain kitchen sanitation, manage inventory and recipes, and handle last-minute requests for events.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation and culinary excellence following standardized recipes.
• Plating and garnish to ensure attractive menu presentation.
• Liaise with the Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and clean equipment before and after service.
• Manage inventory, rotate stock, assist with purchasing, and support recipe development and compliance.
• Flexibly handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
