Qualifications

• Must hold a Food Handlers Card.

Responsibilities

• Review menu prior to food preparation.
• Inspect special diet trays to assure correct diet is served to residents.
• Complete administrative forms and reports for the Dietary Director.
• Coordinate dietary service with other departments as necessary.
• Work with the Dietary Director to implement changes as required.
• Ensure dietary procedures follow established policies.
• Assist in standardizing methods of work.
• Process diet changes and new diets from Nursing.
