Live Well Healthcare Solutions in Concord, NC is seeking a dedicated Dietary Cook for a nursing facility. You will prepare, portion, and plate nutritious meals for residents, follow standardized recipes, and help with inventory and kitchen upkeep.

You’ll support the Dietary Manager in their absence, maintain high sanitation standards, and contribute to event catering and daily dining services. Full-time employment includes PTO and insurance benefits.

Responsabilités

• Meal Preparation & Culinary Excellence: Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, and cook a variety of nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following standardized recipes.
• Plating & Presentation: Plate and garnish all cooked items expertly to ensure an attractive menu presentation.
• Leadership Support: Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager during their absence to ensure seamless meal prep and delivery.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain high sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and all culinary equipment before and after food service.
• Inventory & Recipe Management: Manage inventory, handle stock rotation, assist with purchasing, and ensure recipe development and compliance.
• Special Events: Flexibly handle last-minute culinary requests for special events and facility functions.
