Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Cook to nourish residents with meals tailored to dietary needs and seasonal menus in a warm, welcoming dining setting. As part of our 100% employee-owned team, you will follow dietary and safety policies, maintain a clean kitchen, support timely meal service, and collaborate with your Dietary Supervisor to ensure quality and consistency.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of cooking for a large group (long-term care experience preferred),

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year cooking for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans.
