Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York is seeking a dependable Dietary Cook to join our dietary team, focused on quality meals and a positive dining experience for residents.

Pay is $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include preparing meals per planned menus, ensuring safety and sanitation, inspecting diet trays, collaborating with the Dietitian, and assisting with kitchen duties. Previous relevant experience is preferred, and training is available.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or dietary experience preferred.
• Healthcare or nursing facility experience is a plus.
• Reliable, friendly, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
