This is an afternoon/evening position with rotating weekend position

Join our talented team of healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Dietary Cook at Muskego Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents every day

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals, snacks, and special dietary needs for our residents in accordance with our menu and dietary requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor food inventory, ordering and stocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with our registered dietitian and other food service team members to ensure resident food preferences and dietary restrictions are met
• Develop and implement creative and nutritious menu options for our residents
• Participate in meal service and ensure excellent presentation and plating of food
• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and resident preferences
