Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA seeks a dependable Dietary Cook for a full-time role to prepare nutritious, tasty meals for residents while following dietary requirements. You will work the 4 on/2 off cycle (AM/PM shifts) with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to the daily menu and dietary requirements.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Work collaboratively with dietary aides and other kitchen staff.
• Assist with inventory, food prep, and kitchen organization.
