Job summary

White Blossom Care Center is seeking a dependable Full‑Time Dietary Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare nutritious meals for residents, following daily menus and dietary guidelines.

We offer AM or PM shifts, a starting rate of $20-$22 per hour, full benefits, and a collaborative, resident‑centered work environment focused on quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred—healthcare or long‑term care experience a plus.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
• Genuine desire to support and serve our residents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to the daily menu and dietary requirements.
• Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Work collaboratively with dietary aides and other kitchen staff.
• Assist with inventory, food prep, and kitchen organization.
• Provide excellent service to residents and contribute to a positive dining experience.
