Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with dietary staff to meet residents’ preferences and special diets.
  • Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary restrictions.

Your Role:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements
  • Ensure meals are prepared safely, timely, and with attention to taste and presentation
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all sanitation and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with dietary staff to meet residents’ preferences and special diets
  • Accurately follow recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary restrictions
  • Monitor food temperatures and document according to regulatory standards
  • Assist with inventory, food storage, and receiving deliveries
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of dietary operations
