You will prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and therapeutic diets, ensure safe handling, sanitation, and accurate temperature logs, and assist with kitchen organization, cleaning and inventory. This position requires teamwork with dietary and nursing staff and offers rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Previous cooking experience required, healthcare or LTC preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets (mechanical soft, purees, etc.) preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and food safety standards.
• Reliable and team-oriented.
