Job summary

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dependable and motivated Full-Time Cook to join our Dietary team in Mentor, Ohio. This role focuses on preparing quality meals for residents and working in a team-centered healthcare environment.

You will follow menus, adhere to safety standards, keep the kitchen clean, and assist with meal service while supporting dietary needs and holidays. Healthcare experience is a plus, and flexible scheduling including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Healthcare, long-term care, or senior living experience is a plus, but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
