Job summary

Adept Nursing & Rehab of Central City is seeking a PRN Cook to support our dietary services team. You will prepare and serve meals that align with planned menus and resident dietary needs, while ensuring proper temperatures and sanitary preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in healthcare, hospitality, or institutional setting.

• ServSafe certification a plus (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with planned menus and resident dietary needs.
• Ensure food is prepared and served at proper temperatures and in a sanitary manner.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and dishwashing as needed.
• Follow all safety and infection control policies.
• Work collaboratively with dietary aids and other team members to ensure resident satisfaction.
