Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• 0 to 2 years in healthcare and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming calls and facilitates the patient meal order process and procedures.
• Process room service patient orders with patient, staff or family, following diet guidelines and reading back the menu.
• Follows diet guidelines and tray guidelines, suggests appropriate meals for diet compliance.
• Places call backs to patients who have not ordered for each meal period and notes in HealthTouch.
