Job summary

Cura of Watkins is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team. You will assist with meal service, help maintain a clean, resident-centered dining area, and ensure meals meet dietary orders with care and compassion.

Shifts are 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM with every other weekend and holiday rotation; starting wage is $19.09 per hour, with experience considered for higher pay. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and employer-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or healthcare dietary services preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

5:30 AM TO 2:00 PM; every other weekend and holiday rotation. No weekday requirement.

Starting Wage: $19.09 + (experience is considered!)

The Dietary Assistant assists with meal reparation, tray service, resident meal service, dishwashing, sanitation, and kitchen cleaning while ensuring all meals are served safely, accurately, and according to resident diet orders. This position helps maintain a clean, organized, and resident-centered dining environment while supporting food safety standards and excellent customer service.
