Job summary

Cura of Watkins is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team. You will assist with meal service, help maintain a clean, resident-centered dining area, and ensure meals meet dietary orders with care and compassion.

Shifts are 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM with every other weekend and holiday rotation; starting wage is $19.09 per hour, with experience considered for higher pay. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and employer-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or healthcare dietary services preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and tray service as needed.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Perform kitchen cleaning and dishwashing.
• Serve residents and provide friendly, respectful service.
• Collaborate with the dining team to maintain a clean, resident-centered dining area.
