Job summary

Cura of Watkins is looking for a dependable Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team. You will help prepare and serve nutritious meals while ensuring a clean, resident-centered dining area.

We value teamwork and excellent customer service to brighten each resident's mealtime experience. The role includes meal service, safety standards, and kitchen upkeep, with a shift from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM and every other weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll work alongside a supportive team to provide exceptional meal service while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Every shift offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents through quality service and compassionate care.

Position Summary

5:30 AM TO 2:00 PM; every other weekend and holiday rotation. No weekday requirement.

Starting Wage: $19.09 + (experience is considered!)

The Dietary Assistant assists with meal reparation, tray service, resident meal service, dishwashing, sanitation, and kitchen cleaning while ensuring all meals are served safely, accurately, and according to resident diet orders. This position helps maintain a clean, organized, and resident-centered dining environment while supporting food safety standards and excellent customer service.
