Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Dietary Aide to support residents' meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and facility standards. This full-time role includes meal preparation, tray setup, delivery, and cleanup across day and evening shifts, with every other weekend included.

You will collaborate with dietary and facility staff to ensure safe, sanitary operations and a positive dining experience for residents. No prior experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service or healthcare dietary experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Friendly, respectful, and reliable demeanor.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

This is a full time, every other weekend position with varying shifts from days to evenings depending on need.
