Job summary

Harmony is seeking a server to courteously serve residents and guests, assist with menu orders, and support dining room operations. You will help with beverage service, refills, and food preparation basics while keeping work areas clean and organized.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Training and career laddering opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous resident service and menu guidance.
• Clear communication with residents, guests and co-workers.
• Capable of bending, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Wollows to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages in a courteous manner.
• Assist residents with menu orders and tray service.
• Restock beverages and condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining room and kitchen areas.
• Report equipment or tableware issues to supervisor.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
