Job summary

Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods is seeking part-time food servers to join a caring senior living dining team. Shifts run 11:00am–7:00pm three days per week, with competitive pay based on experience and same-day pay options.

You will assist with meal service, support safe food handling, and help create a warm, welcoming dining room for residents and families. Join a faith-based, mission-driven community that values teamwork, reliability, and patient, respectful service.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact respectfully and positively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal service in accordance with resident diet orders, menu standards, and portion guidelines
• Support safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices following state, local, and facility regulations
• Prepare and portion food items according to therapeutic and modified diet requirements as directed
• Assist with tray line service, meal delivery, and dining room support to ensure positive resident dining experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment
• Work collaboratively with dining team members and supervisors to ensure efficient meal service
• Support a welcoming, customer-focused dining environment for residents, families, and guests

Part-Time | Food Server

At Saint Mary of the Woods, we are seeking to add multiple Servers to our team! We openings on the following shifts:

-multiple openings for: 11:00am - 7:00pm (three days a week)

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*

Experience Preferred

• One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining
• Experience following diet orders, portion control standards, and food safety procedures
