Saint Therese is seeking a Dietary Aide / Food Server for Saint Mary of the Woods in Ohio. This full-time role supports residents with meal prep, service, and dining room operations in a warm, faith-based community.

You will follow diet orders, assist with tray delivery, and help maintain safe, clean dining areas. Competitive pay with same-day pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service experience preferred in senior living, healthcare, or related dining settings.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents, families, and team members.
• Reliability in attendance and strong professional work habits.
• Ability to read and understand English and follow instructions.
• Ability to comply with health regulations and post-offer screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal service according to resident diets and portion guidelines.
• Support safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices.
• Prepare and portion food items as directed for therapeutic diets.
• Assist with tray line service, meal delivery, and dining room support.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment.
• Collaborate with dining team to ensure efficient meal service.
• Support a welcoming, customer-focused dining environment for residents and guests.

Full-Time | Dietary Aide / Food Server

At Saint Mary of the Woods, we are seeking to add multiple Servers to our team! Join us on a Full-time basis (36-40 hours per week).

Pay Range:

$15.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience) *Same Day Pay Available*

• -Assist with food preparation and meal service in accordance with resident diet orders, menu standards, and portion guidelines
• -Support safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices following state, local, and facility regulations
• -Prepare and portion food items according to therapeutic and modified diet requirements as directed
• -Assist with tray line service, meal delivery, and dining room support to ensure positive resident dining experiences
• -Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment
• -Work collaboratively with dining team members and supervisors to ensure efficient meal service
• -Support a welcoming, customer-focused dining environment for residents, families, and guests

Qualifications

• -Ability to interact respectfully and positively with residents, families, and team members
• -Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented dining environment
• -Reliable attendance and strong professional work habits
• -Ability to read and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions
• -Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings
• -Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Experience Preferred

• -One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining
• -Experience following diet orders, portion control standards, and food safety procedures
