Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with food ordering, storage and preparation as directed by supervisor.
• Assist cooks as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare and label nourishments according to procedures.
• Prepare and portion desserts, salads and other foods; pour beverages.
• Follow production sheets and pre-preparation sheets.
• Pre-prep tasks: wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits; slice meat and measure for menu compliance.
• Clean kitchen and equipment; sweep/mop floors; take out trash.
• Meet meal schedules and assist with dishwashing and cleanup.
• Assist in meal tray setup and serving line; break down area at end of service.
