Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join our caring team. You will provide friendly service to residents, assist with dining, and help maintain sanitation and organization in food prep and dining areas.

The role requires Serv-Safe certification (or willingness to obtain), strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Weekend availability is expected, with pay range of $15–$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to residents, staff and guests.
• Assist with meeting or exceeding residents' dining expectations.
• Maintain sanitation and safety procedures for food prep and dining areas.
• Keep cookware, dishware, and dish room areas clean and organized.
