Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to join our senior living community team. You will help provide comfortable dining experiences for residents, families and staff while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with meal service, keeping dining and prep areas clean, and following all food safety procedures while working collaboratively with teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to residents, staff and guests.
• Assist with meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations.
• Ensure proper cleaning, storage, and availability of dining services cookware and dishware.
• Keep food prep, dining areas and dish room areas clean and sanitary.
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation.
