Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Dietary Aide to support our senior living communities with friendly, resident-focused dining service on site. You will assist with meal service, maintain clean dining and kitchen areas, and help ensure food preparation meets safety standards.

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with responsibilities including sanitation, stocking, and timely service to residents and staff. A Serv-Safe certification is required or obtainable upon hire.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
• Willingness to learn new food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to residents, staff and guests.
• Assist in meeting dining expectations and maintain sanitation of dining areas and cookware.
• Keep dishroom, cookware and dishware clean and stocked, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
