Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Dietary Aide in Franklin, Wisconsin to join our senior living community. Provide friendly, timely service to residents, staff and guests while maintaining sanitation and high food quality.

Responsibilities include helping meet dining expectations, following safety procedures, and working well within a team to support daily dining operations. Serv-Safe certification is required or obtainable on hire.

Qualifications

Must possess Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Willingness to learn new food preparation techniques and presentation.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team.
Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Follows all food safety and equipment safety procedures.
Knowledge of and compliance with community quality standards and requirements.
Must be dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and able to work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests.
Assist with meeting or exceeding residents’ dining expectations.
Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality of food preparation and presentation.
Keep food prep, dining areas and/or dish room areas clean and sanitary.
