Job summary

Life Care Services is seeking a Dietary Aide at Trillium Woods in Plymouth, MN to prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays for health center residents. The role supports a care-driven team in a Life Plan Community known for purpose, development, and resident-focused service.

The position involves food service duties, maintaining sanitation, and delivering meals per therapeutic menus. Competitive benefits are offered, with eligibility based on hours and classification.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, nursing homes, hospitals, or healthcare settings is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to follow instructions and communicate with residents and team members.
• Willingness to learn POS systems, medical diets, and dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapeutic desserts and salads as required.
• Serve meals in the Health Center.
• Set up and clear tables in the Health Center dining room.
• Transport hot and cold foods to and from the Health Center.
• Transport necessary food service supplies and non-food items to and from the Health Center.
• Maintain equipment, workstations, and dining areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
