Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service, 1+ year in food service, and English proficiency. Availability for weekends/holidays and local residency in Flagstaff are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum one (1) year of food service experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays with flexible hours.
• Background in safety and sanitation compliance.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be local to Flagstaff, AZ and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist dietary cooks and maintain sanitation in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with food preparation.
• Perform sanitation tasks including dishes, sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Support inventory control and recipe adherence.
