Job summary

PACS is seeking a Dietary Aide to support hospital-style dining operations in Goodyear, AZ. You will learn the standard food service routine, set up meal trays, assist with serving meals, and help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow food service routines.

• Strip down returned trays and wash dishes.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temp of dishwashing machine.
• Operate the dishwasher and maintain cleanliness of kitchen.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; sweep and mop kitchen.
• Carry out trash and store groceries safely.
• Participate in orientation and training of dietary staff.
