Perimeter Behavioral of Springfield - PRN Dietary Aide

Perimeter Behavioral of Springfield has an opening for a PRN Dietary Aide. We are an accredited psychiatric residential treatment facility specifically designed for adolescents aged 6-17. We focus on providing exceptional treatment and support to children, adolescents, and their families.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure meals are ready at the specified time.
2. Follow types and quantities of meats, vegetables, and soups prepared by reviewing planned menus.
3. Follow therapeutic diet menus and recipes; instruct cooks/helpers accordingly.
4. Test food for doneness, adjust heat controls as necessary, and re-calibrate thermometers as needed.
5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Ability to work the prescribed schedule for the department.
