FutureCare is seeking a Dietary Aide/Porter in Maryland to support the Food & Hospitality Department. You will assist in food preparation, serve residents, and maintain dining area cleanliness while following safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of hot and/or cold foods.
• Serve and deliver food to residents.
• Maintain dining areas clean and organized.
• Store food properly and monitor temperatures.
• Transport/deliver food and beverages to residents.
• Assist team with moving large items in kitchen.
• Operate/empty dishwasher and ensure sanitation standards.
