Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Healthcare or food service experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and serve meal trays per dietary guidelines.
• Assist with meal service and food prep.
• Clear trays and operate the dishwasher.
• Monitor dishwasher temps and sanitation levels.
• Prepare snacks and nourishments.
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas cleanliness.
• Store food and supplies safely.
• Follow food safety and infection control procedures.
• Assist cook and dietary supervisor as needed.
