Job summary

Eden Senior Care, Edenbrook Sheboygan campus, seeks a part-time Dietary Aide to support resident meals and upkeep of dining areas.

Schedule 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2-3 days a week, including every other weekend and holiday. You will read diet cards, serve meals, and maintain cleanliness while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Ability to read dietary cards and follow special diets.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms
• Reading tray cards and ensuring meals are served accurately according to residents’ dietary needs, including special diets
• Cleaning eating areas after meals
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors/providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
• Additional duties as assigned

Position: Dietary Aide (Part Time)

• Schedule - 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2 - 3 days a week including every other weekend and every other holiday.
