Job summary

Edenbrook Sheboygan is part of the Eden Senior Care Network, seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to support resident meals in our facility in Sheboygan, WI. Schedule is 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2 - 3 days a week, including every other weekend and every other holiday.

You will maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas, assist with meal service, read tray cards, ensure meals meet dietary needs, and follow health and safety procedures. Additional duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of food preparation areas
• Serving food to residents in the lunchroom/bringing food to residents in their rooms
• Reading tray cards and ensuring meals are served accurately according to residents' dietary needs, including special diets
• Cleaning eating areas after meals
• Bringing in delivered food items from vendors/providers and stocking the pantry/fridge/freezer
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures during the process of food preparation
• Additional duties as assigned
