Job summary

Cumberland Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist the Cook with meal preparation and service in a patient-centered environment. You will help plate and deliver meals, maintain cleanliness, and support food safety standards while working as part of a professional team.

• Ability to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.

• Experience in facilities with quantity food production is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparation and service of meals.
• Place prepared food on plates/trays per tray tickets and policies.
• Prepare and deliver food and trays; wash dishes; sanitize kitchen.
