Job summary

Cumberland Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with the preparation and service of meals. You will help place meals on trays, follow tray tickets, and ensure high quality food service while maintaining health standards.

Responsibilities include delivering food, washing dishes, and cleaning the kitchen; candidates should be detail-oriented, neatly groomed, and capable of working well in a team with staff and residents. Prior sanitation training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Specialized training in food service desirable.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
• Ability to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving.
• Must maintain neat, clean, well-groomed appearance.
• Experience with quantity food production helpful.
• Knowledge of nutrition basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist Cook with meal prep and service.
• Place prepared food on plates/trays per tray tickets and policies.
• Prepare and deliver food, wash dishes, and keep kitchen sanitary.
• Be a detail-oriented team player who works well with others.
