Magnolia Manor Assisted Living is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide to support the dietary department by preparing and serving nutritious meals for residents. You will work under the Dietary Manager, ensuring meals meet dietary guidelines and quality standards in a non-exempt, on-site role.

Responsibilities include following standardized menus, assisting cooks, checking trays, and maintaining clean storage areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous cooking experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• Food Handling License and ServSafe Certification are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals in accordance with standardized menus, recipes, portions, and special diets.
• Prepare and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assist the cook in preparing meals as necessary.
• Assist in checking diet trays and carts before distribution.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and universal precautions policies and procedures.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment to the Dietary Manager.
• Maintain food storage areas, freezer, and cooler in a clean and organized manner.
