Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support residents with nutritious meals and attentive service. You will set up dining areas, help prepare and deliver meals, and uphold strict sanitation and safety standards.

With a focus on teamwork and customer care, you will assist in stocking, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen equipment while adapting to a fast-paced dining environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dietary aide or similar role.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Ability to prepare meals and use kitchen equipment as directed.
• Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Capable of physical tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare meals under supervision while following safety guidelines.
• Deliver dishes and trays to rooms on time.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup and remove plates and utensils.
• Monitor stock levels and help maintain inventory.
• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and operational.
• Support overall dining operations and resident service.
