Apploi is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide for the FT Evening Shift to ensure residents receive high-quality, hygienic meals. You will set up dining areas, assist in meal preparation, and deliver trays while maintaining sanitation standards.

A friendly communicator, you’ll support a fast-paced kitchen environment and uphold safe food handling practices. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and food service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and dining areas with precision, emphasizing cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook, ensuring adherence to instructions and safety standards.
• Deliver dishes and trays promptly to designated rooms and times.
• Assist in post-meal cleanup by clearing dining areas and collecting plates and utensils.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing of leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep food stations clean, wash dishes, cooking equipment, and silverware.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and maintain inventory.
• Contribute to the upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
