PACS Group is seeking a Dietary Aide in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role involves setting up meal trays, assisting with serving, cleaning dishes, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment.

You will monitor dishwashing temperatures and chlorine levels, and support the team with nourishments and general food service tasks. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read procedures and recipes, and basic math for measurements.

Formación

• Must obtain and maintain food handlers’ certificate.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

Responsabilidades

• Set up meal trays and assist with serving meals.
• Strip down returned trays and start washing dishes; operate dishwasher.
• Check chlorine concentration and water temperature of the dishwasher at shift start; monitor cycles.
• Prepare nourishments and snacks; sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Keep work surfaces and refrigerators clean; handle trash and groceries safely.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training; cooperate with other departments.
