Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Dietary Aide for part-time hours (20-25 hours weekly) with a daily pay option. Schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekend requirement, 4p-8:30p. responsibilities include assembling diet trays, labeling food, delivering meals, and kitchen dishwashing.

Qualifications include prior dietary aide experience, tactful interaction with residents and families, ability to follow procedures, and a positive, patient, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and check diet trays to meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food properly.
• Deliver food carts and collect dishes to return to the dish room.
• Work in dish room and wash dishes/utensils.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Keep kitchen clean, sweep and mop floors as instructed.
• Carry out garbage.

Dietary Aide NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY!

• 20-25 hours weekly
• Schedule: Monday - Friday with NO weekend requirement

Dietary Aide Duties Include:

• Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs.
• Label and date food properly
• Deliver food carts to designated areas as well as collecting food trucks when meals are finished to return to the dish room.
• Work in dish room, wash all dishes//utensils utilizing dish machine.
• Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units.
• Ensure kitchen stays clean at all times, sweep/mop floors as instructed.
• Carry out garbage

Dietary Aide Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have dietary aide experience (LTC preferred but not required)
• Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, etc...
• Able to follow and understand procedures
• Positive attitude, patience and team mentality
