Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts
• Maintain cleanliness: dispose of refuse per procedures
• Manage supplies: rotate and deliver food and floor supplies (FIFO)
• Prepare foods: follow menu and recipes to cook meals safely
• Serve meals: portion and serve per recipes and spreadsheets
• Sanitize equipment: wash, sanitize, and store dishes and cooking gear
