Job summary

Greenbrier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Tyler in Tyler, TX is seeking a Dietary Aide to support nutrition and resident care in a team-oriented kitchen environment.

You will assist with meal service, prepare foods, and maintain cleanliness and food safety while following recipes and schedules to ensure residents receive timely, appetizing meals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service: assemble trays and deliver meal carts
• Maintain cleanliness and dispose of refuse according to policies
• Deliver and rotate food and floor supplies (FIFO)
• Follow menu and recipes to prepare meals safely and efficiently
• Portion and serve meals as directed by recipes and instructions
• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
