Qualifications

• Food handlers’ card required.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of sanitations, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Able to tactfully communicate with residents, staff, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
• Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist food service team in meal preparation and dining room setup.
• Follow safe food handling practices and monitor temperatures.
• Ensure meals are served on time and maintain quality.
• Perform daily cleaning of kitchen and equipment.
• Complete kitchen close duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
