Responsibilities

• Learn the food service routine quickly to meet shift needs.

• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen cleanliness; manage trash and garbage.
• Leave the kitchen clean and sanitary; assist Cook and dietary supervisor as needed.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training with dietary staff.
