Job summary

Powerlink is seeking a highly motivated Dietary Aide to join our Foodservice Operations team. The role emphasizes customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and adherence to safety and therapeutic diet guidelines in a healthcare setting.

You will work under the Culinary Manager to support kitchen operations, assist dietary cooks, and ensure clean and safe work areas while complying with sanitation standards. Weekend and holiday work with flexible hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum one year of food service experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate effectively with others.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays with flexible hours.
• Background in safety and sanitation compliance.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Assist dietary cooks as needed and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties, stocking and basic kitchen support.
• Support inventory control and production tasks as directed.
