Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist dietary cooks as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform general sanitation and cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dishes, trash).
• Support food preparation, production control, and inventory control.
• Adhere to recipes, safety and sanitation standards.
